As per tradition, the Christmas Village at the Indro Montanelli Gardens always has an ice rink... or two, as is the case this year! It’s one double rink, partly covered and heated, and partly outdoors, to cater for all tastes.
The covered Baby rink is reserved for children up to 8 years old and beginners up to the age of 10 accompanied by adults.
The rink is open every day with skate rentals and beginners’ lessons available. For those who prefer to bring their own skates, the entry ticket costs the same, but without any time limit.

Outdoor skating indoors? It might seem a bit counterintuitive, but it’s definitely possible in Milano!
In Piazza Città di Lombardia, the Palazzo della Regione embraces a large 4000m2 piazza beneath a 32 metre-high metal and glass vault. So, it feels like being outdoors... but it’s under cover!
The ideal place to skate for this chilly Christmas season.
You can rent skates and fun animal skating sleds, or you can bring your own. The rink is open everyday. Check out all the details on the official website.
Every Thursday, from 9:00pm onwards, it will be possible to watch, always skating, the screening of some films.

In front of Stazione Centrale, Senstation Winter brings the holiday cheer to Milano with a free ice-skating rink open to everyone. Visitors can rent skates.
Surrounding the rink are breathtaking scenic displays, innovative LED walls and majestic projections on the Stazione Centrale façades. The centrepiece of the festivities is the 18-metre-tall Tree of Light, adding to the enchanting atmosphere.
The village is open from 10:00 to 23:00 daily.

At the foot of the Arco della Pace in Piazza Sempione, with the majestic Castello Sforzesco as a backdrop, the Villaggio di Natale Veralab will be open daily from 10:00 to 19:00 from December 9th onwards. Part of the Natale degli Alberi 2024 project, the village features an interactive Christmas tree where visitors can capture memorable photos in a magical setting.
The ice-skating rink, spanning 364 sq. mts. and made from eco-friendly materials, offers 30-minute sessions to ensure that everyone can enjoy this delightful winter experience in the heart of Milano.
Additionally, the village offers free mammogram screenings on-site, a meaningful gesture aimed at raising awareness of cancer prevention. Access to the screening station is complimentary, but booking is required.
